The rescheduling and Cancelation Policy

Hey, life is unpredictable. And I'm dedicated to providing a flexible approach that helps you rearrange appointments when needed. If you need to modify your appointment time, simply email support@noirincolor.com at least 48 hours in advance of your initial appointment time and you'll be sent a link to adjust your appointment accordingly so that it fits right into your schedule!

Due to the individualized aspects of our consultation services, I am unable to refund payments in cases of cancellation. This is because as soon as your investment has been made, a strategy call based on specific questions will already have begun and the planning process will be underway.

Please be advised that you are only allowed to change your times twice, and the strategy call session must be scheduled within five days of purchase. Therefore, it is critical for you to ensure that your schedule can permit these commitments before booking a session.
